What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of relaxation that has been known to originate in Japan and made aware by Mikao Usui. The body has been said to have life energy, this has also been used in many cultures throughout existents. Some of them are  Traditional Chinese Medicine it is called qi or 'chi' Ayurvedic refers to it as prana , Japan Ki and others. 

Reiki is one of the most easiest forms of Energywork. If you are a novice in energy healing and want to begin in learning and not sure how to go about it Reiki is one of the best chioces.


Benefits of Reiki

Since Reiki helps with deep relaxation and reduces stress it helps the body to heal such as, headaches, emotional comfort, worry, reduces pain and increases awareness of ones own self-improvement , confidence and feeling of tranquility. 

While Reiki is known for assisting in ones health and well-being, it should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical/mental health conditions and not substituted for medical care.


Both are taught together, to receive a certificate of completion you must attend both days

A non-refundable deposit is due to register(can be applied to future dates within one year) Balance is due before first day of class
